Photos: French-Speaking N’shei Gather in Crown Heights

The French-speaking N’shei Chabad of Crown Heights gathered Thursday for an annual get-together and Challah bake. The event featured a sumptuous Fleishig buffet, inspiring speakers and workshops.

The highlight of the evening was the Challah bake. A special Challah recipe and ingredients – with a French twist – were given to each participant, and together they mixed, kneaded and braided the Challah, after performing the Mitzvah of Hafroshas Challah.

Each woman left the event inspired and uplifted, and with delicious smelling Challah to bake fresh for Shabbos.
