Monsey Cheder Welcomes New Preschool Director

Cheder Chabad of Monsey has welcomed a new Preschool director, Mrs. Yona Lazarus. Mrs. Lazarus comes with almost 30 years of teaching experience, six of which she served as a director of her respective department, including extensive experience in teaching, educational administration, teacher training and community leadership.

Mrs. Lazarus has Masters degrees in early childhood development, specialized education, and education in curriculum and instruction.

“We admire her previous accomplishments and anticipate even better things to come. Her enthusiasm and expertise make a very complete package that is difficult to beat,” said Rabbi Rabbi Avrohom Wolowik, Principal of the Cheder; “We are excited that she will be joining our school family and our Anash community.”
