  • THE 77TH PCT NEEDS HELP

One less police car on patrol now. That mean it going to take even longer to get police incidencts. So most of the calls in the 71st pct will take longer.

Funny, there are like ten cop cars there for some stupid accident ….

  • Start Patrolling

Why is there so many police there, why don’t they patrol instead of being by a crash that no one needs them there.

Yosef Yitzchok K. No, I’ts 10 POLICE which makes it 5 Police CARS.

I witnessed this accident as it was happening at about 12:15pm. The police car (driven by a female police officer) ran a solid red light (with the siren and lights on). The police car was speeding and did not slow down as it entered the intersection.

The SUV driver tried to avoid the police car but it scraped his side. The PO driving the police car came out and started screaming at the poor guy.

When I came around about 10 minutes later I saw 3 police cars on seen. I had great rachmonus for the guy who was being intimidated by the police which were totally at fault for this one.

actually i was there and the police sirens were on and the suv was turning from brooklyn onto president and didnt stop for the police.. that caused the police to swerve and then hit the suv

  • PAY ATTENTION!

There would be less accidents if everyone actually stopped when they see lights and hear the sirens. The sound of the siren does not entitle anyone speed up in order to beat the emergency vehicle.

did the police have to pay a ticket to the ones that caught him?

This was absolutely outrageous! The guy in the SUV clearly saw and heard the sirens of the police car and did not stop or slow down. Where is the much needed respect for the authority and order in this city? The man in the SUV was completely at fault.
