3 Car Mashup on Troy Avenue
CROWN HEIGHTS [CHI] — A combination of courtesy and distraction was the cause of a 3 car collision at the intersection of Crown Street and Troy Avenue this morning.
At around 9:00am a car stopped and allowed a van to pull out of a parking spot, a second car, whose driver was apparently distracted, rear-ended that car, and immediately following that a Chevy Tahoe SUV smashed into that car causing some serious damage.
One of the passengers in the first car complained of head, neck and back pain from whiplash, and Hatzalah treated and transported her to a local hospital.
Police took over 45 minutes to respond to the scene.

Of course they take 45 mins if everyone involved is Jewish. If they’re not, they must have wanted to finish their donuts first.
