A massive explosion rocked Crown Heights Sunday night with a fireball that was heard and felt for blocks.
Shomrim volunteers on the block were on scene in moments, alerting emergency responders and providing assistance on scene.
The FDNY, NYPD, and Hatzalah rushed to Empire Blvd Kingston to Albany and found extensive damage, but thankfully no injuries.
Preliminary reports indicate that the explosion was caused by a gas leak, with the FDNY continuing to investigate.
