Over 150 Talmidim Awarded and Honored at Mishnayos Baal Peh Event
This past Sunday, Yud Tes Sivan, an inspiring and energetic Mishnayos Baal Peh (MBP) event took place, celebrating the dedication and achievement of over 150 talmidim who were recognized for their incredible accomplishments in memorizing Mishnayos and Tanya.
Each of these students was awarded a special plaque, honoring the time, effort, and commitment they invested in learning Mishnayos Baal Peh. 10 outstanding boys were also awarded a dollar from the Rebbe for memorizing 12 perakim of Tanya baal peh.
The event was filled with highlights that made it truly memorable. A lively music video featuring this year’s MBP theme song energized the crowd, while a touching video presentation told the story of Reb Moshe, the son of the Alter Rebbe, to inspire the boys in their continued learning.
Special thanks goes to Rabbi Yossi Teleshevsky for organizing and running the mishnayos baal peh program year round. Thank you to Yosef Adelist for producing and organizing the event’s media content, which helped bring the experience to life.
Rabbi Simpson addressed the boys with words of encouragement, highlighting the value of consistent learning and the power of MIshnayos Baal Peh in each talmid’s life. He urged the talmidim to continue learning Mishnayos Baal Peh with the same passion and enthusiasm.
One of the most exciting parts of the event was the seforim sale. Using points they earned from their learning achievements, the talmidim were able to “purchase” hundreds of seforim.
