Video: ‘Top Gear’ Tries to Outrace Hatzalah

On a recent episode of Top Gear, a wildly popular British automotive show, host Jeremy Clarkson bemoaned the relatively slow response times of National Health Service (NHS) ambulances to life-threatening emergencies – which average around 8 minutes. Hatzalah volunteers in New York, on the other hand, boast an average response time of just 4 minutes.
