    At :37 seconds in a man in a white shirt and backpack enters the screen from the left, walks up to the truck, takes a box and walks away.

    No problem it was like his Meals on Wheels. The truck was from a garden suplier delivering Fertilizer.

    1) people cross the street in the middle of the block
    2) cars don’t leave enough room between cars when stopping at red lights
    3) people walk up to the rear of open trucks and remove boxes without asking permission of the owners

    Was it that innocent kid with the backpack taking the box off the back of a truck on his way to buy Skittles and iced tea from 7-11?

    The African-American guy, casually walked up to the truck and walked off with one of the boxes whilst no one (of the drivers) said or did anything!

    Picking stuff off the back of trucks is what happens in NY. Truckers need to lock the truck’s back each time they make a delivery, or have someone on the truck in case they get a ‘visitor’.
