It may be a nice song, but how can you take a song from Peter Paul and Mary (don’t care if any of them were Jewish) and call it “Jewish music”?!?

For those interested: This is 100% the Peter Paul & Mary song, written by Peter Yarrow, lyrics and all.
It is not a Jewish adaptation of a non-Jewish song, it is the original song straight up.
It was written for and first performed at a Chanuka and Christmas concert in New York in 1982.
Peter Yarrow is Jewish (his parents changed their name from Yaroshevitz), but obviously not religious.
