This week at the Nemenov-Laufer wedding in Crown Heights, a special souvenir was handed out to guests, a disc with rare video clips of the Rebbe never seen before.
The video is blurry, but you can see the Rebbe in the early 1960's davening in the small “zal” upstairs in 770, distributing kos shel bracha Motzoei Shavuos 1960 and distributing at the entrance to his room.

THIS IS A BIT MYSTERIOUS.IF THESE VIDIOS ARE RARE-HOW DO THEY HAVE THEM AND WHY ARE THEY RARE?I BELEVE THAT NO VIDEO OF THE REBBE SHOULD BE RARE,THEY SHOULD BE OUT IN THE OPEN SO OUR KINDERLACH CAN APPRECIATE THEM.

wow !!!!! i just missed it .i came in 1969-70.things were a bit tighter,but the 70s were better then the 80s less body guards , more access to the Rebba.the 90s 4 get about . u got pushed and shoved if u got close.any ways like we say in tephelous “ chadesh yomenu ke`kedem ” may it be in our days

It appears that Kos shel Brocho is later than 1960 , since you can see the two doors behind the Rebbe , its from the construction of the new shul built where the large succah was in the yard built in 1962
