Mid 70s not late
This looks more like mid 70s I would say 75 76 than late 70s, 78 79 there are ways u could tell, ppl remember how the Rebbe looked in those days, I can’t say for sure but I would say most probably Lamed Hay / Lamed Vov, definitely not Lamed Ches or Tes
