Yes, I agree with #3 that yes it can’t be ’85 bec Reb Peretz Mochkin was Niftar in Teves of ’82 which it says clearly on the Paroches of Ksav Sofer shul (Rabbi Mangel’s) shul so yes it must be before ’85 thank u
