Tamuz 5722 at the wedding of Horav Avrohom and Rebetzen Soro Rivka Sasonkin sheyichyu ad bias goel tzedek. The Rebbe suggested and made an exception to be Mesader Kidushin (evevn though the Rebe had stoped) because as a Kala she went on shlichus for a year.
