Survival of a Nation: 50 Years from Six-Day War

In less than two weeks, JLI affiliates around the world will launch Survival of a Nation, a new six-week course that investigates the momentous—indeed historic—implications of the events that led up to the Six Day War, the war itself, and its aftermath.

Through the lens of the war, the course addresses the dilemmas and issues Israel faces today including Jews’ right to the land, Yerushalayim and the territories.

The course enables Shluchim to make the most of the 50th Anniversary of the Six Day War and the feelings of Jewish pride it will surely evoke. It will utilize this special occasion to provide concrete knowledge, as elucidated by the Rebbe, and inspiration to stand in allegiance with our brothers and sisters in Eretz HaKodesh in the current climate.

The course has been endorsed by Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu, Speaker of the Knesset Yuli Edelstein, other Knesset Members and prominent international officials.
