Putin Honors Chabad Emissary
In a pompous ceremony that recently took place in the Kremlin, Russian President Vladimir Putin bestowed one of Russia’s highest honors upon Moscow Chabad Shliach and head of the Federation of Jewish Communities Rabbi Alexander Boroda.
The award was in recognition of the significant accomplishments Rabbi Boroda made for the sake of the Russian people.

Tzadik?
I don’t know about being a ‘tzadik’, but he is certainly a different breed of European leader regarding his authentic respect for our people. In other words, what does he have to gain with this behavior? His close relationship with Rabbi Lazar, his allowance and support of the strong renaissance, and his recent invitation of Jewish victims of Muslin hate, reinforces his position as an ally of ours.
