Photos: Lubavitch of Paris Hosts Gala Dinner
Close to 2,000 men and women – among them Shluchim, Rabbonim, Anash, Mekurovim and members of the Paris Jewish community – came out to salute and express appreciation to Chabad of Paris and its myriad of organizations at its annual gala dinner Wednesday night, the 22nd of Shvat.
The attendees paid tribute to the deceased head Shliach to Paris of many decades, Rabbi Shmuel (Muleh) Azimov, as well as to the three Kedoshim who were murdered last month while shopping for Shabbos at a kosher grocery.
