Regional Kinus of Shluchim to Asia in Nariman House

An amazing triumph brought the Shluchim of Asia together for a regional Kinus Hashluchim in the Nariman House in Mumbai, India. After being largely destroyed in a terror attack, which claimed the lives of Shluchim Rabbi Gabi and Rivky Holtzberg along with three other Jews HYD, the building has been rebuilt and is being dedicated with the day’s long conference.

The Kinus was opened by Rabbi Moshe Kotlarsky, Vice Chairman of Merkos Linyonei Chinus, with a Dvar Malchus from the Rebbe along with answers regarding Shlichus.

Rabbi Yosef Chaim Kantor, the Shliach and Chief Rabbi of Thailand, began with a bruchim haboim [welcome] to the Kozlovsky family to their new Chabad House, and spoke about the Shlichus in India.

Throughout the upcoming Kinus there will be a number of open discussions on the education of Shluchims children. The discussions will be led by Rabbi Yossi Pikel Shliach in Chiang Mai, Thailand and Rabbi Itzik Eisenbach Shliach in Kowloon, Hong Kong.

Another topic to be discussed is the intergrading of healthy family life and dedication to Shlichus life, which will be led by Rabbi Ouriel Allouche Shlach in Guangzhou, China and with the participation of Rabbi Nechemya Wilhelm Shliach in Bankok Thailand and Rabbi Shimon Freundlich Shliach in Bejing, China.

A panel on Halachan and the Dinim of Davening and Shul will be led by Rabbi Levi Laine Shliach in Hanoi, Vietnam and will be joined by Rabbi Mordechai Abargel Shliach in Singapore.

A special guest speech will be given by Mr. David Maimon, the President and CEO of El-Al, who will speak about his airlines cooperation with Chabad Houses worldwide.
