Launching CTeen in the French Riviera

For the very first time in Nice, France, over 1,200 people from the Jewish community and visitors to the French Riviera joined together at a local ice skating rink to celebrate the 4th night of Chanukah.

The head Shliach of the French Riviera, Rabbi Yosef Pinson, led the event and honored the vice chairman of Merkos Rabbi Moshe Kotlarsky with the lighting of the menorah.

Rabbi Kotlarsky, who was on a trip visiting Shluchim in Europe, made a stop in Nice in preparation for the launching of a new CTeen branch in the French Riviera.
