Community Throws Surprise Party for Shliach’s 60th

Close to 200 people from the Baltimore community came to celebrate Rabbi Elchonon Lisbon‘s 60th birthday. The surprise party was beautifully arranged by members of the Anash community and his family.

Rabbi Lisbon is the Rov of Ohel Levi Yitzchok Lubavitch of Baltimore and has served in this position for the past 25 years. He is also director of Chabad of Park Heights and Cheder Chabad of Baltimore.
