New Shluchim to British Columbia
Rabbi Shmuly and Fraidy Hecht, who have B”H newly joined the ranks of the Rebbe’s Shluchim. They have established a new Centre: Chabad of the Okanagan, serving the Jews of Okanagan Valley, BC, Canada.
The new Shluchim were appointed by Rabbi Yitzchok Wineberg, head Shliach of BC
