Photos: Holmdel’s Purim in Israel

Chabad Jewish Center of Holmdel’s hosted a Purim celebration at the Holmdel fire House Hall, and the theme this year was “Purim in Israel”.

Over 100 were in attendance, many of which were children, who participated by Listening and watching the multimedia Megillah reading the and enjoyed delicious Israeli style dinner Falafel, Pita, Chummus, Shwarma and tasted wines from the Holy Land.

Children enjoyed Finding the Shekels in the deserts sand, creating a treat with Dead Sea Sand and Salt. Children decorated cards for Victims of Terror. Both children and adults had the chance to squeeze their own orange juice and dance to Israeli music. Many people prayed and had their picture taken at the ‘Kotel’.
