Rabbi Shimy and his wife Devorah Leah (nee Rodal) Heidingsfeld of Los Angeles, CA have just moved on Shlichus to Moorpark, CA where they will be establishing a new Chabad House serving the needs of the local Jewish residents as well as the Jewish students at Moorpark College.
The new Shluchim were appointed by Rabbi Shlomo Cunin, head Shliach of California.
