SATIRE: The Long and Winding Dissatisfaction Of Mr. Marvin Fruchter
As we sing, dance, and do our best to make our heavily drinking ancestors proud this Purim, Crownheights.info presents a slew of “Purim-Themed” articles (Nusach Acheir: Satire) for your enjoyment, merriment, and laughter.
This Purim we present the incomplete chronicles of “The Long and Winding Dissatisfaction Of Mr. Marvin Fruchter”, a historic piece of evidence that Shlichus does, in fact, have a slight downside.
Note: In an exclusive interview with CrownHeights.info prior to Purim, Marvin wanted to remind the Keheella and Kllol that the Surgeon General of the United States advises against excessive drinking of “alcoholic beverages”. While he was unable to remember the exact wording of the warning, he did remember his local Chabad Rabbi, Rabbi (omitted upon request), saying something about four somethings during a sermon some months ago.
