According to the NYC DOT, NYC may experience rain, sleet, and snow this afternoon 12/15 thru 12/16, with winds of 20-30mph, 35-40mph gusts & up to 45mph possible.
The accumulation, while it may be minor, will likely create hazardous conditions on the city’s roadways.
