Alternate Side Parking Rules Suspended Shabbos

Alternate Side Parking regulations will be suspended tomorrow, Saturday, January 24, to facilitate snow removal.

We don’t drive on shabbat anyway so y is it an issue 4 Frum Lubavitchers 2 worry about moving their cars ?
