KSCVK Dinner to Celebrate Devorah’s ‘Ruby’ Birthday

Keren Simchas Chosson V’Kallah’s newly formed young leadership committee invites all members of the community to a gala awards dinner celebrating KSCVK founder and director Devorah Benjamin’s upcoming ‘Ruby’ (40th) birthday.

The committee will present the Lifetime Achievement Award to Devorah for her tireless work caring for the young Crown Heights couples who need financial assistance for their weddings.

The committee will also present Shimon Strauss with the Chessed Award, Chaim Moshe Jacobson with the Young Leadership Award and Rabbi Shmuel Lew with the Hakoras Hatov Award.

The dinner will take place on Motzei Shabbos, October 20 (4 Cheshvan), 2012 at the Oholei Torah Ballroom, 667 Eastern Parkway, in Crown Heights.

Reception will be at 8:00pm, followed by dinner and program. Admission is $180 per person.
