PSA: Stop the Shidduch Crisis – Add A Name!

Please take a moment to help our fellow friends and family find their Bashert!

Almost every Lubavitch family uses the lists in the quest for a Shidduch, if names are missing from the lists – those peoples names have less of a chance of finding a Shidduch.

All you need to do is go to the Lubavitch Bochrim and Girls list at www.lubavitchsingles.com look through the lists and add any names that are not on there by clicking the “Add A Name” link.

Please add any Bochrim or Girls names that you know that are not on the lists.

Please fill in all the fields in the form, we cannot add the names unless it is complete.

To add many names at once or to help us in any other way please email us directly info@lubavitchsingles.com

    Please keep the list current as well by removing names of people who are already married.

    Here’s an idea, maybe remove the people who aren’t frum anymore.

    I see at least 2 bochurim who aren’t frum anymore and not coming back…

    What in the world good is a simple list of names & some ages (Not everyone puts their age.)?
    It seems like a huge waste of time.
    If there’s going to be a list why not at least leave a contact number or e-mail address. And maybe something about what the person is looking for in a mate.

    . . . . and your point being??? “They are no longer frum,” therefore they no longer deserve to get married?????????? Adaraba, BE there for them, instead of ”taking them off the list”, and guess what?? They may just ‘takeh’ come back, contrary to the sure statement that you make, so confidently, that they are not coming back:
    Who are you?? G-D?????????????

    i have tried adding names a few times and its been like 2 years and they arent up!!!
    besides you cant expect people to update it or even use/look at it if its not kept current and up to date!!!
    you need to remove engaged and married people and add TONS of missing people!

    What is the point of a bunch of names?? I just went on again, and counted over SEVENTY bochurim with ** next to their names! Now what?? Pick them out of a hat??
    We need some info, something, anything, a description, an idea of what the’yre looking for. . . and the same on the girls list, that way, at least, we mothers could take a look at BOTH lists and get some idea of which boy/girl sounds like a good idea to look into; no one is asking for a 10 page detailed description , just brief and basic info;
    A massive list if names gets none of us, ANYWHERE at all, accept more and more frustrated . . .

    2 points- i have seen so many names up there of ppl whohave been married for over a year. also, i see some names of 22 year old boys who have brothers who are around 24 and not married. maybe you should give the older brother some time first! 24 is not old, and 22 is quite young! (same with girls) thanks

    i personally know girls who are 23-24, and they still have only 1 star next to their name

    – Since the site was moved to lubavitchsingles.com (after years of being on geocities) it received 180.000 hits as of yesterday.
    Obviously people find it important to go there.

    – There is a remove button. All the people who scream that there are millions of married people on the list can’t seem to find any of them to remove.

    -If you know TONS of missing names, you should submit them.
    Several people have done that today and many names were added already.

    -ALL stars need to be replaced by numbers. If no corrections submitted, stars will be translated to numbers by the webmasters one of these days. The higher number will be picked to be on the safe side. Don’t cry later that you/your daughter is listed a year too old.

    Please read the qualifications on the submit page before you send in a name. Many names came in today that do NOT qualify
