Soul II Soul Concert Only Ten Days Away! (A)

CROWN HEIGHTS, Brooklyn, [CHI] — The clock is ticking as the big day draws near; the concert is almost here! The producers are working on the final touches, ensuring a professionally executed and yet varemeh, heimisheh show.

Shmuly Goldman, executive co-producer of the Soul II Soul concert series, was asked to disclose some of the special touches that are being planned for this year’s show. “Among many unique moments which will be included in the show, we will feature an exclusive segment, showcasing Avraham Fried’s meteoric rise from the Eli Lipsker Choir of 40 years ago, to the pinnacle of Jewish music today”, he said. “We can reflect with pride that the greatest singer in Jewish music got started in your own backyard”.
