The story behind the picture; Mr. Weingarten is the father of Mrs. Hager who is the wife of R. Efraim Hager from London, she was very ill L”A and thank to a Brocho from the Rebbe she got better.

The story behind the picture; Mr. Weingarten is the father of Mrs. Hager who is the wife of R. Efraim Hager from London, she was very ill L”A and thank to a Brocho from the Rebbe she got better.
Mr. Weingarten then came with his entire family to visit the Rebbe and thank him, and afterwards asked the Rebbe to pose with him for a picture. When the Rebbetzin hear this (probably from the Rebbe himself) she said that she wanted to meet the family that came to thank the Rebbe.

I believe this picture was taken after president Shazar’s visit to the Rebbe. Afterward the Rebbe stood with Mr. Weingarten, turned to the photographer, smiled and said – NU? posing for the photograph.
