Rain didn’t dampen the Simcha felt at today’s Hachnasas Sefer Torah procession in memory of Reb Aron Baitz OBM which took place in Crown Heights. This image captures the moments as the procession turned from Empire Blvd to Brooklyn Ave on its way to Aliyah on East New York.
