Rabbi Chaim Bruk, Shliach in Montana never met him, the new Shliach to Billings never met him, but the Mayor of Billings, Montana Bill Cole sent this letter to the Bozeman Chabad Center.

According to the letter,the Mayor had read a newspaper article and was inclined to welcome the Shkedi’s to the Magic City.

To quote Rabbi Bruk, “This is America, this is Montana, this is The definition of “Mentsch”.”
