Picture of the Day: Babka for the Firefighters
After his house caught fire from a Menorah candle last Motzei Shabbos, the brave firefighters of the FDNY rushed to the scene and extinguished the flames, preventing any human injury and extensive financial loss. Today, Rabbi Mendel Goldstein hosted two fire marshals in his home to personally thank them, and gave them a ‘babka’ cake, which they had mentioned that they loved.
