From Days Gone By: Reb Benche Shemtov Welcomed to Land of the Free, 1951
A group of Lubavitcher Chassidim gathers in 770 to welcome Reb Benche Shemtov, OBM, to America, following his escape from the Stalin’s Soviet Union four years earlier in 1947. Can you identify anyone else in the photo?

Can't be 1947.
Dovid Raskin is in the picture, and he only came to America in 1950.
