Picture of the Day: Jewish Hall-of-Famer Dons Tefilin
At Jerusalem’s Kraft Stadium yesterday, Rabbi Gershon Avtzon, director of the ‘RAP’ Yeshiva, put on Tefilin with Ron Mix, a Jewish pro-football player and NFL hall-of-famer. Though open and proud of his Jewish identity, it was Mix’s first time ever having done the Mitzvah.
