just to clarify
in france everyone (even non chabad excepts yechi) the reason we don’t publicize is not b/c we don’t believe in what it means we all write to the rebbe via ohel and igros and receive a abundance of brochos rather since it might stop people from learning chassidus it is a topic of much discussion how it should be publicized outside chabad
