Seeing off Shluchim
The Rebbe is seeing off the first group of Shluchim that he sent to Israel in 1976 on 11th of Shvat 5736.
Next to the Rebbe holding the Seforim is Reb Yisroel Duchman whose son Sholom was part of that group and the Rebbe gave them all a volume of Likkutei Sichos that came from the printer that day (I think its vol. 11).
The man with the white beard next to the Rebbe is Duchman’s shver Reb Getzel (after whom the Getzels shul is named).
Lower in the picture, partially hidden is Reb Moishe Elye Gerlitzky whose son Yossi from Tel Aviv, was also part of this group of Shluchim.
