In this screenshot from NBC News, which aired on the evening of July 8, a Lubavitcher can be clearly seen among a cluster of ‘Paparazzi’ photographers trying to get a picture of Katie Holmes. Can you identify him?

    Why even post such a non-tznius womanizing idolizing pix item on your Lubavitcher holy site? Who cares if an actress or beauty pageant queen steps into the limelight on the streets of Brooklyn. Who cares? Better to paparazzi a great chassidic rabbi or some misnagder man, rather than this.

    Is the Lubavitcher the woman with the scarf in the center holding the camera? This picture is very recent – the present cold snap in NYC necessitates hat, scarves and gloves. Get a life!!!

    #1. Why is this picture on this web-site and who was watching TV and saw it on NBC to begin with, such frum Lubavitchers you are?
    #2. If he stayed out of college and if this is where he ended up, what does this have to say about our educational and support system?
    #3. He is obviously earning a kosher living, are you??? He probably earns a more honest living than most frum people in business today!

    First of all, the picture seems to be somewhat Photoshopped.

    Secondly, I’m guessing our guy here is not a regular member of the paparazzi at all but rather, getting a picture of her leaving her Manhattan building for a one-time news (not gossip) story about the recent development in her life in which she and her daughter became victims of that wacko cult, Scientology–a cult that too many Jews have gotten involved in and which Lubavitch has been involved in getting them out of. So there’s the Chabad connection right there.

    Bottom line: You don’t know why he’s there. So don’t judge.

    BS”D Not a wise choice for this young man – he is forgetting that how the world sees the Rebbe is through our actions in carrying out his wishes…and I don’t think this was on the list of acceptable things to do for parnosso. But it is also not so good to show this photo in the website – and further show this kind of picture on a frum website – and further – embarrass the young man who shouldn’t even be there. It pulls more eyes to the chillul which makes it a bigger one.
