New York City Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly, Brooklyn South Police District chief Thomas Chan and 71st precinct captain John Lewis were spotted today enjoying lunch in Crown Heights’ Hamilton-Metz (Lefferts) Park, as the NYPD sponsored Harmony Day parade proceeded down Empire Blvd.
