Rabbi Chaim Mordechai Aizik Hodakov, longtime Mazkir and administrator of many central Lubavitch organizations, delivers a talk to small children in front of 770 in the 1940s. He is standing on some kind of crate as he speaks.
It was not common over the years that Rabbi Hodakov would speak to the children at any gathering.
On the faces of those gather around the young Rabbi Hadakov there are expressions of great interest and amusement to what he is saying.

Wow, time fly by so fast. I remember when this photo was taken with Golda Mayir. I was there. At the “GAN in Kfar Chabad, Frida Segal Z”L was the pre school teacher. In the photo you can see: Yehudit Greenbarg (Schneeorson today CA) Rochi Grudka (Burgan today Kfar Chabad)) Eti Lipsh (Nemes today Brooklyn) another Eti Lipsh (Berkovitch today Rosh Pina) Raya Levihartz (Begun today Brazil)All the way in the back sitting down with short curly hair-is another Eti Lipsh Z”L (Shagalow)
Batya Rubashkin (?) Rochale Cohen (?) I think Chedvi Helamn (Federman today) and can’t tell who the boys are.
