Israeli President Shimon Peres, while on a diplomatic mission to Riga, Latvia’s capital, visited the central synagogue with the chief rabbi and Shliach of the city, Rabbi Mordechai Glazman, where he signed the guest book.

Im going to be melamed zechus and say that as ‘chief rabbi’ of a country you have to officially entertain the visiting Israeli president from a diplomatic standpoint.
But i just cant understand why regular shluchim would entertain/ take pictures with him…not everything has to be written black and white…you should feel sick in your gut as a Lubavitcher chossid to be seen with certain Israeli politicians
