In honor of the upcoming 51st regional kinus of the Rebbe’s shluchim in Eretz Yisroel, we present this photo from the archives of Shmuel Zalmanov depicting the 8th regional kinus in 1969. Can you identify the dignitaries at the head table?

Also presented is a facsimile of the invitation to the 12th kinus in 1972.

    this isn’t a regional kinus hashluchim. it is a gathering of all chabad chassidim in israel, an annual tradition which welcomes back those who went to the rebbe for tishrei,
