  Not Mrs Lipsker. this was in Rabbi Zalman Schneerson’s a”h apartment, where the Rebbetzin stayed while in Paris, and the woman in the photo is his wife, who nursed the Rebbetzin back to health so that she shouldnt be refused entry to the us in Ellis island
