    I feel bad for the person who wrote it that’s defacing city property. No permission from the Vaad, or the Rabbonim, that’s jail time. They can get the fingerprints off the snow, and have that perp arrested. Especially before Shabbos, that could be a problem. Whomever did it better pray that it melts before the cops get there.
