they dont have a licence plate so the tickets go no where and that is how the advertise they park illegally then get tickets

If you looked at the ticket which I didn’t, you will notice, that its just the envelope. A clever way of getting someone’s attention. Yes it worked, because you noticed it. Now that’s free advertising, if i may say so.
