Picture of the Day – Machu, Picchu
For the past 2 months the Machu Picchu (one of the 7 wonders of the world) was closed due to floods and mud slides. On the first day of chol hamoed the site was reopened as hundreds and thousands of tourists from all over the world rushed to visit.
In this picture which was taken this past weekend, one can see Hatomim Moishe Holtzberg putting Tefillin on an Israeli backpacker at to the scenic view of the Machu Picchu.

Dear Shliach of the lakes,
According to Chassidic custom, one does not need to comment on the “Jewish thing” in a picture to validate his acknowledgement of something else which is beautiful. But good thing you were there to save the day.
Additionally, a person can recognize the beauty of a place without wanting to live there. For example, Niagra Falls, the Amazon, the Grand Canyon, the Serengeti, the Bora Bora Islands to name a few.
One more thing, can we all stop with this “Agent” thing? This whole “army” we have, and this “war” we’re fighting. It’s very juvenile. This whole lingo was started to get kids involved. Somehow, some people never dropped it. Our purpose is to help Jews out, not fight wars or battles.
