In This pictures you can see Rabbi Yoel Migdal, a Shliach from Bounos Aires, Argentina, who came with a group of his students to visit 770, the Ohel, as well as a to a trip to the capitol.

Rabbi Migdal told CrownHeights.info: “We were in Washington, DC and went with the boys to the Reflecting Pool, there the boys decided to walk across it and in the middle we began to dance and sing Mashiach Mashiach and suddenly the ice broke and we all fell into the frigid water. Baruch Hashem we are all well and the message to be learned is that joy can break the coldness! At the time there was a Washington Post reporter and we take pictures the next day went out on a page in the newspaper”.

The Washington Post captioned the photos as follows “A tour group of young adults from Buenos Aires, Argentina, fell into the frigid water as they playfully walked across the ice covered reflecting pool on the West side of the U. S. Capitol. No one was injured, all escape, but many reached the shore line soaked to the bone from the frigid water.”
