Probable Name..
Apparently, it is Mr. Ketch (spelling?) of London.
The hat, hair and hand gestures seem quite him.
[His is the famous story with the Rebbe: He had a fur business, to which the Rebbe agreed to be his “partner” (advice etc.). Although he profited from the first venture in the partnership – the Rebbe discontinued after a 2nd time.
I don’t have the whole story off-hand, but that’s the general idea].
I’ve also heard that his son is even a “mainstream” yungerman there.
But I stress again – I’m not sure exactly; It may be someone else perhaps.
