Talmidim Celebrate Their Yomim Noraim Niggunim With a Special Concert

After weeks of learning and practicing the unique Chabad niggunim of the Yomim Noraim, the talmidim came together for a special, upbeat, and interactive concert, a beautiful way to culminate all their hard work and preparation.

The singing was led by Chazzan Shmuly Hurwitz, a father of a Tomchei Temimim talmid and someone who is constantly involved in the betterment of the talmidim. His unique singing helped bring out the boys’ chayus as they sang the niggunim they had worked so hard to master.

Accompanying the concert was pianist Shlomo Hecht, from the top in the industry and almost a regular at our Yeshiva’s various yomei depagra. His musical talent added depth and professionalism to the event. Joining him was Rabbi Yossi Hertzel on the flute, a rebbi in our Yeshiva and director of Mishnayos Baal Peh for the younger division, whose musical contribution added a special personal touch.

The talmidim sang with heart, with emotion, and genuine joy. The room – decorated to resemble 770 – created an atmosphere that elevated the entire experience, adding to the energy and excitement felt throughout the event.

It was a meaningful and memorable way to conclude their learning, leaving the boys inspired as they head into the Yomim Noraim.
