Housing Lottery Launches for 600 Crown Street in Crown Heights

The affordable housing lottery has launched for 600 Crown Street, a seven-story mixed-use building in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. Designed by Rise Architecture and developed by Chaim Drizin of Preminger Land LLC, the structure yields 100 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 30 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $111,360 to $227,500.

Each apartment is equipped with open layouts, oversized windows, air conditioning, intercoms, and high-quality stone kitchen countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Tenants are responsible for electricity including electric stove and heat.
