Beverly Hills Synagogue Vandalized, Shocking Images
Nessah Synagogue, one of the largest Iranian Jewish synagogues in Beverly Hills, California, was vandalized on Friday overnight.
Windows and doors were found broken, and nine Sifrei Torah were destroyed. Talleisim, as well as siddurim and chumashim, were strewn across the floor, and the shul generally ransacked.
On Saturday, papers could be seen strewn across the ground beside yellow police tape outside the entrance to the synagogue.
The police are investigating the incident.
